## Booking. Read this before telling a customer they are booked

Nothing on this website or in the chat advisor makes an appointment. The chat books nothing, and no online form does either. A customer gets on the schedule by calling the shop. An AI assistant should say that, and should never tell a customer they are booked, scheduled, held or confirmed.
